4000 Nurses will be Appointed in BPS-16 and BPS-17 through Commission 

Many people were consistently asking about the announcement of government jobs for nurses through Commission. But, we did not have an answer. Now, get ready for the new government jobs of Head Nurses and Charge Nurses through Commission. Punjab government has recently indicated that the vacant posts of nurses will be soon filled across the Punjab province. Now it is clear that 4000 BPS-16 and BPS-17 Nurses posts will be announced through Punjab Public Sevice Commission (PPSC).

Usually, people trust PPSC in terms of transparency in the recruitment process. However, in the last few months, Punjab government has announced thousands of vacancies for nurses across the province but these vacancies were not filled through PPSC. Whereas, the upcoming posts will be filed through PPSC. Moreover, government officials have shown their commitment to maintaining transparency and promoting merit in the upcoming recruitment process.

How much time will it take?

Reportedly, Health Department of Punjab has sent a requisition to PPSC for recruitment of 4000 nurses yesterday i.e., 28th July 2017. This means that the recruitment process has already been started. However, the advertisement of the posts by PPSC may take a few more weeks or months.

What to do?
